Giovanni was a revolutionary inventor who was years ahead of his time, he was responsible for most of the technological breakthroughs during his life. Before reaching his human limits, he began experimenting on organic cybernetics. He tested on animals first, but as time grew nearer he quickly moved on to human trials. Upon human trial success he modified his own body to forgo the limitations of a human body.

Okay they should be an analog hacker meaning they hack things physically. I am thinking he should have an arsenal of USB drives that he can load into a revolver with a scope that shoots them. I think he should have a top hat that is connected to his brain acting as additional memory and ram allowing him to access a higher IQ. He wears a visor around his head allowing him to see what data he accesses. He has a game controller that controls his motorized wheelchair that he uses to transport his body while controlling the people he takes over when he shoots them with his revolver.
